Studies and teaching at the participating institutions; staff (currently and planned development); cooperations; perspectives of further development; equipment; communication and coordination; organization of studies and management of teaching; quality assurance

09:15-09:30 Break, internal discussion of the audit team

09:30-11:00 Meeting with Programme Coordinators

Issues: Programme educational objectives; curriculum; course of studies; contents and methods of teaching; counseling and support for students; organization of exams; study results; relevance for the labour market

11:00-11:15 Break, internal discussion

11:15-12:15 Meeting with Students

Issues: Educational goals and study program; contents of study; organization of study; exams; counseling and support for students; conditions of study; study abroad

12:15-13:00 Lunch, internal discussions

13.00-13.45 Inspection of module- and final exams

13:45-14:45 Meeting with Teaching Staff

Issues: Curriculum; course of studies; contents and methods of teaching; counseling and support for students; further qualification of professors and other teaching staff

14.45-15.45 Visitation of Participating Institutes and Laboratories / Further Discussion

Issues: Inspection of laboratories, technical equipment, study-related facilities (e.g. library, rooms for teaching and study), projects.

15:45-16:30 Final internal consultations of the audit team

16:30-17:00 Closing Meeting with Programme Coordinators and Representatives of the Rectorate

Issues: Summary of the impressions gained during the day by the audit team; opportunity for the programme coordinators to provide additional explanations or clarify points that remain unclear.

17:00 Conclusion of audit, Departure of the audit team
